1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at assemblymacomb.com, registering for classes, or enrolling in any program offered by Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction, group classes, private lessons, and related programs at our facility located at:

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, pricing, and program offerings at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via email or SMS where applicable.
3. Membership & Payments
All membership fees are due on the agreed billing date each month.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend access to classes for accounts with outstanding balances.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your membership or enrollment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least [X] days prior to the next billing cycle. Please contact us at (313) 744-6318 or visit us at the gym to initiate a cancellation.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts training involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, bruises, and other injuries. By enrolling in any program at Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from participation in training or use of our facility. Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any training program.
5. Code of Conduct
All members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb reserves the right to terminate membership or remove any individual from our facility for conduct deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive, without refund.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Assembly Jiu Jitsu Macomb, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us, including but not limited to:
Class reminders and schedule updates
Membership alerts and billing notifications
Scheduling changes or gym closures
Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.
